Settlement, 1884
Haji Muhammad Baqir, son of the late Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, settled a piece of land and a garden with Muhammad Karim Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya, Haji Muhammad ʻAli, son of Haji Muhammad Tahir, and Muhammad Ibrahim after giving the share of Muhammad Ibrahim's wife, according to their marriage contract. Based on the current settlement, the above property is being transferred to Haji Muhammad Baqir's sons, Muhammad Ibrahim and ʻAli Akbar in exchange for one hundred and eighty tumans.

Settlement of a garden, 1831
A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. On December 23, 1831 (verso), Mashhadi Hasan sold this property to his brother, Aqa Muhammad, for fifteen tumans. Letter from Mahd-i ‘Ulya to Nasir al-Din Shah, 1863 or 1864
When the late Muhammad Shah's sisters visited Nasir al-Din Shah, Sahib Khanum asked Mahd-i ‘Ulya, in the presence of Anis al-Dawlah, to convey her plea to Nasir al-Din Shah. She claimed that her share of Punak property, now seized by Asif al-Dawlah and his sons, was her wedding gift from Zill al-Sultan. She was deprived of the property interest that she relied on for her family expenses. The houses in the property were destroyed and she was not given any compensation, which even Mirza Taqi Khan had stated was her right. The settled property includes a property listed in her marriage contract with her former husband, the late Nayib Ibrahim, and what she had inherited from him.
